Apologies from Clickcalling as we experienced intermittent disruptions to our service between 11:30AM and 1PM (AEST) on Thursday 28th. We investigated the problem and rectified it as soon as possible. Some calls were not connected as a result.

Nascomms have developed a new ClickCalling dialer box design as a default, and customers can now include their own branding and customised messages in various parts of the ClickCalling dialer for a simple monthly fee. We are allowing a recurring payment authority where you can sign up for the period of time which suits your business.
This new feature allows for different designs for each sub-account for the one flat fee, and as a DIY service you can change your images as often as you wish during your prepaid period. Click here for an overview of the layout.
For one payment of AUD $50 inc GST (approx: US$38, 30Euro, 20GBP) brand up to ten internal dialers (one main account owner) for one calendar month. You will receive a reminder ten days before your subscription runs out, or you can choose recurring payments if you want to continue the branding past the first month. Select the number of months you wish to continue to brand the dialer. We do not store your credit card information on our system. Payments are made through a secure merchant payment gateway.

Nascomms is about to release some major changes to the ClickCalling dialer and the ccManager. The following user friendly features will be available very soon:
We aim to deliver value added services that will make ClickCalling the must have lead generation tool on the web.
We’ve added ssl encryption to the ccManager, to make things more secure. One consequence was that these blog headlines can’t be shown within the ccManager anymore. To counteract this, we’ve added the link in the main menu.
We’ve added the link to the help file to the main menu, so it’s easier to get an understanding for the page you are on. We try and keep the ccManager as simple as possible, so hopefully this helps.
Today we released the new version of the payment process, replacing Paypal with Verisign. We now accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner’s Club and JCB, all of which is securely handled by Verisign. We are sure this will significantly reduce the payment gateway errors and the time taken to purchase prepaid ClickCalling minutes.
ClickCalling is migrating to an improved hosting plan, ensuring the delivery of all ClickCalling products is as fast and reliable as can be. This change will occur after 7PM Friday June 2nd and should cause minimal interruptions to the ClickCalling service while the DNS updates. While we will be monitoring the situation closely, we envisage the transition to go smoothly.
Just a quick note to let you know that ClickCalling are aware of the payment gateway occasionally returning errors when either recharging your account or upon account creation. We have an alert system that notifies ClickCalling when this happens and we can manually clear payments. We are also testing and monitoring the current process while also exploring additional payment options. We apologise for the inconvenience.
